General FAQ

  • Unfortunately, missing a session after booking a slot will not warrant a refund.

    We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, and any sessions that are cancelled within 24 hours will be considered as a session.

  • All our slots will be closed for booking 24 hours before the session.

    If you are keen to attend a session on the day itself, do give our clinic a call to check if there are available slots before coming down.

  • Yes, all packages purchased have a 6 month usage period.

    Any packages that exceeds the 6 month usage period will be voided.

  • All packages are non-refundable.

  • The exercise class will commence at fixed timings.

    Do give our clinic a call if you are going to be late for the class, and we may be able to reschedule you to a later class timing (subjected to availability).

    Rescheduling for a late class will have to be done on the same day, or it will be considered as a session.

Medical FAQ

  • We highly recommend for you to clear with your primary doctor on the safety of starting exercise with us.

    You will also be advised to do a 1-to-1 assessment with our physiotherapists before starting on the exercise programmes.
