Service Description
The BALANCE Programme is designed by physiotherapists to help older adults and those with unsteadiness improve coordination, posture, and fall-prevention. What you'll gain: - Reversal of age-related balance decline - Stronger stabiliser muscles in the legs and core for upright support - Improved posture and mobility - Faster reactions to prevent falls and injuries How it works: - Strengthening and flexibility training with resistance equipment, weights, and targeted balance drills - Recommended: 4–5 sessions/week - Improvements in: 8–12 weeks Suitable for individuals with: - Unsteadiness in standing or walking - History of falls or vertigo - Fear of falling or dizziness during daily activities - Older adults dealing with balance-related issues
