  • Jaclyn Reutens is a clinical and sports dietitian. Equipped with more than 22 years of experience, she is an expert in the nutrition and dietetics field. She works with children and adults on a wide range of conditions and diseases that are linked to food and nutrition such as weight management, diabetes, IBS, heart disease, gout, gastrointestinal issues and sports nutrition.


    She is intuitive and able to read into a person’s lifestyle to develop the best dietary intervention. She adopts a practical and easy-to-follow nutrition plan approach, while addressing the nutrition issues at hand.

  • Formerly working at the Health Promotion Board, she was the spokesperson for nutritional issues on Channel News Asia and played a supportive role in assisting food manufacturers with the development of healthier choice food products.


    She is often interviewed on Channel News Asia, Talking Point, The Pulse and on live radio CNA938. She has also written numerous nutrition articles for various international and local publications such as Women’s Weekly, Shape, Her World, South China Morning Post, Mind Your Body, Channel News Asia Lifestyle and The Straits Times.
